Great welcome Excellent management with complete transparency Easy to approach staff Great facilities Excellent IT support Decent canteen

Cons

The coffee could be better and seeing the planes take off makes you want to go on holiday

Pros

There are no pros. No staff travels. No respect at all from your management

Cons

Everything. Work for someone else if you can. Don't get excited about the money. In my country we say "not everything that shines is gold" you sweat your ... off for every cent. And one thing about this "airline": they give you for granted.

Unhealthy job, unhealthy working environment, VERY DIRTY planes, unhygienic in all ways, shifts are a massacre, no support at all by the company
