You really feel that you make a difference and are contributing You can achieve a lot It's a big company that feels like a small one Leadership are visible and highly approachable Lots of energy

Cons

Highly operational focus and struggles with more complex problems which have a degree of ambiguity Very direct management style which means that some of that energy in the pros can become negative
