That alongside the performance shares if the company does well is also a good thing. I feel like I genuinely share in the company's success. - Development: There's always something for you to get involved in. There's always an opportunity to learn more and develop in the role. - Sociable: It's a very warm and sociable environment in my work area. Everybody also supports each other on the job. - Work life balance: There is good work life balance here. I feel that my roster is achievable and that leave is given out fairly.
