Good company to work for. Rosters are quite good with decent Amount of days off. Work with a great team.

Cons

Management never allowed to make decisions. Some working days can be really long. Not many career opportunities unless you move down south.

Pros

It is a very inspiring place to work and with a good no blame culture. Working across Europe and dealing with many different nationalities give you a different outlook on life. Staff travel is a great bonus when working for an airline.

Cons

As easyJet is a very driven organisation, this culture sometimes comes through in how some colleagues treat other colleagues and it can be about covering your own back.

I am a Captain with easyJet based in Gatwick and have worked for easyJet for the past 14 years. I can honestly say that I love it! EasyJet is a great airline. We operate as " One Big Team". The flying is diverse, sometimes challenging but always rewarding

Cons

Sometimes .... unsocial hours, having to wake up very early!!!!!
