Pros

Work/life balance is great, unless you're based in Gatwick or Luton (then it may be tiring) Staff travel tickets system is decent Days off Contracts comply with local laws You know lots of new people Base transfers have a queue The company encourages the employees to work with a smile, and it works well for all.

Cons

Tiring job due to its nature TXL management was poor, but we take it as an exception.

Fast developing company (pre-pandemic) Ambitious outlook

Cons

* Pretend to care but unless you are chummy chummy with HR, you get overlooked if you have a problem. Led to me having to leave (lucky as it was pre-pandemic so I sold my shares and made a nice little profit mentally and financially) * Forced PDPs - What if you just are happy doing your job and don't want a PDP? Apparently, that's not good enough.
