No anciliary benefits. Poor pension provision. Staff travel is a joke. Rostering shambolic

Great company to work for, fast changing, innovative, great salary compared to other airlines, lots of days off, leave and contract conditions, general great work environment. Great staff travel !!!

Cons

Very dirty planes, long days, minimum rest, english pases are not well paid and crew is treated as just numbers, lots of pressure on selling and sometimes the way the procedures are worded or followed it feels like you are back at school. Company does not trust his own employees
