Pros

Fixed Roster is available to feel the possibility to get a life. Management is willing to help and listen whenever possible. Inclusive environment. Possibility to change base

Cons

Local Spanish salary is low. Many party flights where you just feel like a waiter, not a flight attendant. Colleagues obsessed over sales, as if they never left Ryanair. Many changes to roster from a day to another, or on the same day. Tiring long days with almost no breaks, as they cabin managers don't make passengers respect us. Overall cheap look in the cabin due to drunk passengers Everyone wants to leave, it is not the best easyJet base.
