Pros

Culture & recognition Great staff travel Good time off Fair salary

Cons

You work very very hard, More focused on customer satisfaction rather than employee, needs to have a slightly better balance, especially on front line. Work/life balance could be better too.

Pros

There are some pro’s. Working at easyJet you meet some wonderful people, friends for life. You will operate on new aircraft, with a good safety record, and be reasonably rewarded for your labour.

Cons

Limited career progression unless based down south. If you are not based in the south then career opportunities are very limited. There is a culture of plagiarism within the company. Managers set up social media groups to harvest crew ideas without providing reward, feedback or development to those who initially conceived the idea. Bullying & harassment is also rife in some of easyJet’s bases & the base management teams would rather turn a blind eye than deal with the issue.
