Easyjet tries to set staff under constant pressure to develop yourself, to criticize yourself the whole day but selling it as chance for you! Unpleasant working environment. Threading all the time with consequences. They are not able to think outside the box. They say costumer satisfaction is very important but disappointing them each and everyday with their throlley policy and with staff that is not real and happy as you want, because you’re constantly monitored by GDR -Regime like colleagues.
