- Everyone looks out for each other and comes together as a team when there's a project to be delivered.

Cons

- As its based right by the airport, not much room to go out for team building exercises or no one ever makes time to team build -

Pros

It is not a difficult job to work at their customer services desk. All anyone ever has to say is: " if you want to make changes, whip out your credit card".

Cons

You will not actually be helping people who have suffered inconveniences in their bookings as a result of Easyjet's system.

Pros

Good pension, share schemes, competitive pay, minimal management intervention - as long as the work gets done your left alone.

Cons

All the shifts will involve some aspect of nights (either permanent or days and nights), but thats the nature of the business. Quite a few of the guys that have been there a long time will find anything trivial to moan about and can be a bit work shy. This tends to kill morale if your a hard worker. Restrictions on what food/drink you can bring airside and no catering support offered by the company.
