Nice management- fantastic CEO- happy atmosphere. A lot of care for the crew and their needs. Extraordinary commitment in giving cabin crew the possibility to make their own roster preferences

Cons

Cost of living in London airport area too expensive for the salary. Also: working at Gatwick means working harder- It is Not fair considering that the conditions there are worse than other bases, and salary is lower the Italian and French contract where life at work is Easier.
