Some supervisors and trainers one in perticuler was a right bully talking about other agents behind their back and u gt cautioned for mistakes u make on the system even though ure still in training and other agents just push past u n the system and if a mistake is make its u that's gets it even though other agents were using the system

Pros

On time payments, staff travel system. Roster published on time! Car park facilities. Not much more to add to be honest!

Cons

European airline, but still too English in the thinking process, no capability to adapt to other cultures. Contracts are good only in those countries where the Unions fight for it! The same job title has a big difference in salary depending on where you are based.
