Pros

I’ve been at easyJet 11 years and have done 5 different roles in that time. It’s the sort of environment where you can get given opportunities if you work hard and put your hand up. In times of disruption everyone pulls together and it’s an all-hands-on deck attitude. It’s the people here at easyJet that really encompass the orange spirit.

Cons

easyJet isn’t for you if you want a 9-5 regular job. It’s also not for you if you want your own office - it’s open plan and even the CEO has the same-sized desk as everyone else. Don’t expect a big plush stationary cupboard or free coffee.
