-Good wages in the industry -Company pension -Good benefits and perks -Vibrant community -Not a volatile company -Lots of holidays -Lots of options to keep the roster balanced and according to preference

Cons

-Long working hours, especially in spring/summer season -It can feel sometimes that management is not on your side -It feels like you are just a number when based in Gatwick -It can be very hard to get an answer to your question as you are just passed from one department to another

Pros

Energetic with a high morale. Feel very welcoming and great staff benefits. Great working atmosphere

Cons

If any the only negative for me is location of working in the hangar with a staff bus ride to and from your car which means you cannot just pop out if required and it adds journey time to your commute
