Endless changes to flying schedule in the summer. Deep lates. Awful fatigue management from the company. Referencing that’s not worth the paper it’s written on.

Pros

Loads of benefits, good management, flexibility and nice enviroment to work in. It also gives us great benefits of having balance with our personal life, with fixed working days and fixed days off.

Cons

Hours can be heavy in certain periods, and if you don't submit yourself to the busy schedule, your pay can be low once it varies. Not so many layovers to help crew out with their rest periods.
