Pros

Clear policies, good communication, effective IT systems that support your needs, simple crew line management structures and fair but firm with employees. Be professional, be a team player and stay positive and you’ll enjoy being at work.

Cons

Direct feedback to crew from customer satisfaction surveys is not provided consistently across bases. Some flights are too long to expect crew to operate the return immediately, more care is needed on occasion to help crew manage fatigue risks.
