Very fast paced and we get to build models that truly impact the business

Cons

You get a lot of ad hoc requests that deviate you from Data Science work and push you towards more Analytics/Data Visualisation work.

Pros

easyJet is a great company to work for with a clear vision of where they want to business to go. Over 9 years, and multiple areas of the business, I can honestly say the people are what make it such a great workplace. They all share passion and spirit for what they do. There are great career prospects and opportunities and some fantastic benefits. A company who truly looks after their people.

Cons

There should be more flexibility in working locations but I know this is being implemented.

Good organisation to work for, they take care of the employees well. Dynamic environment and passionate people.

Cons

Organisation that has grown organically over period of time and has seen massive growth, for someone coming from structured background, they may find that internal organisation processes aren't as mature as a very structured organisation
