Quite a new business so everyone is trying to get ahead at the same time and people will throw you under the bus Very clicky , especially some management If you don't fit the corporate norm then it's not for you, you will get called out for being yourself Not very diverse in terms of ethnicity Few women and people of colour in senior positions Hard work goes unnoticed unless they like you , you get promoted and/or invested in based on likeablity
