Great company but impossible to get a permanent contract at Bristol

Everyone was so friendly. It felt like joining a big orange family! From day 1 I felt welcomed and everyone was so helpful and understanding when I was new. The money was great and they provide crew food on shifts which was useful when you don't have time to prepare food in advance. Generous amount of time off. Amazing union that stick up for cabin crew rights!

Cons

Long days sometimes, very tiring and can interfere with a normal social life. Very difficult to get holiday when you want. You end up just getting what you get really. It is impossible to get a permanent contract at Bristol at the moment. I completed two fixed term contracts and was only able to do another fixed term. This takes a big toll financially in-between and no stability to get a mortgage or start a family. I also felt the communication from the CEO of the company was very poor when the pandemic hit and we felt very much in the dark. Trust between crew and the company leaders broke down.
