Pros

Outside the UK, easyJet is probably the best airline to work for, but in UK and especially in LGW it can be a real nightmare. Base managers are supportive! Probably they know 😅

Cons

Extremely long days; pressures in terms of sales by the majority of the colleagues, and you literally stand up for all the duration of the flight, making happy unruly customers who press the call bell or bother you as soon as you try to eat something; tidy up the aircraft after every sector is disgusting.. you’d like to vomit; they change your lates into earlies and your short/mediums into extra long flights as much as they want and they will always make it legal. I had to request to be part time as I couldn’t afford to have roster changes all the year .

Pros

great pay, great work/life balance, amazing perks, amazing crew, caring managers in base.

Cons

It’s a great company to work for however make one mistake due to mental health and they will have you out! Despite constant trouble makers that cost the company £100,000’s that just get away with murder
