      Immature processes, extremely noisy work environment and chaotic work culture

      Extremely chaotic work culture (Orange blood), no straight processes (always a hidden fox in the corner), poor data quality, inadequate performance management system, IT driven environment

      not being taken back after covid, yet new crew were recruited.
