Pros

Good pay incl sector payment and on-board commission of 2-2,5% Plenty of vacation Really good staff travel (when available) Great CC/FD colleagues.

Cons

Disorganised company with no clear aim of where they want to be in a few years time Training is extremely rushed and no traning on Service at all Management needs to be pushed by the Union, otherwise not much would change Work-life balance doesn't exist in the summer (understandably) as it is very busy with minimum rest inbetween flights No tools for distruptive/physically abusive passengers (like restraining devices)
