Good role if you just need a job with a fair salary

Pros

The Staff travel, pay and company bonus is fair and reasonable and the only reason I have stayed but maybe could improve the salary compared to other areas of the business on the same salary and they don’t need to work the unsociable hours

Cons

Stressful environment treated more like a number than an individual with not much room for progression. Company has changed a lot in recent years it has lost its spark. Treated less like a adult especially with the set lunch breaks.
