Cons
Easyjet was the worst company I have ever worked for. The days are long, the shifts are constantly changing so you can't plan anything. The work is hard and challenging at times. The collegues are not friendly and I was bullied during my time at easyJet. The time off is poor. You get plenty of it but you are unable to take any leave due to under-staffing so you will have it allocated to you. The Base management don't bother with you and when you do need them for something I've always found them very unhelpful. I know of many collegues during my time who needed urgent time off for appointments, family issues and they don't help you at all again probably due to under-staffing. They say they care about your mental health but most of the staff are depressed or have other mental health issues. You will get dissaplined if you take too many days off due to your mental health as I did. No work life balance at all. Awful place, awful culture.
