Decent pay, good staff travel, nice crew

Cons

Terrible working hours (minimum rest all summer with 4/2 or 5/2 working pattern), delays make days longer and are very common in the summer (expect at least 1:30hr delay each working day), the winter is too quiet and I struggle to live on winter pay. It’s so easy to get burnt out
