Pros

No balance and no one stays for a reason. They try and stop you applying for jobs. The management is invisible and left to seniors to do the work. Most seniors have little experience as everyone leaves. Someone sacked recently in a set up and was I was embargoed from other roles. Take this as your red flag. Now taking ex staff that shouldn’t be allowed to come back but they are so desperate
