Pros

- Aviation/Travel is undoubtedly an interesting industry with lots of interesting dynamics. - easyJet is well regarded and its good to work for a brand everyone knows - majority of team mates are down to earth and good fun to work with - Front line teams (Cabin Crew and Bases) are lovely people to work with

Cons

- Despite spending the past few years hiring people on a home/hybrid basis they've recently mandated a return to office without taking into account people's circumstances (or compensating for them) - New management in HR are not culturally aligned with the business; are busy hiring their friends and (needlessly) reorganising teams to accommodate them. - These people are seemingly not subject to the same 'return to office' rules as everyone else, which is obviously annoying - A very 'top down' culture. Easy to feel excluded unless part of top management team - Corporate functions are very siloed. Hard to break those silos and work in a collegiate and efficient way
