Salary is good enough for the amount of hours .

Cons

Managers won't support you or appreciate you ,lots of negativity going on ,badmouthing between colleagues, if you have some mental health condition they can trigger you and could find any little thing to go against you or pick on you which gives you a feeling of discomfort and disappointment and a bitter taste in your mouth.

Lots of nice colleagues, plenty of holidays and free time, dynamic job

Cons

Salary is too low for Dutch life. Buying a house or even saving money with this income is literally impossible
