Good route variety, generally cheerful colleagues. A very good just culture and safety culture giving you full confidence and trust in the operation.

Cons

Very unsociable start and finish times. Either starting very early or finishing very late, hardly anything in-between. Company pension below average for a large airline. Very few layovers at destinations, you are working to FDP limits frequently.
