Pros

Friendly culture with an open minded to using the latest technology in an agile environment. Flexible hours and a company that embraces new idea and respects different cultures under one roof.

Cons

nothing that stands out apart from the usual work related politics.

Pros

Great people to work with, long hours, good pay, hard to leave you get stuck in a rut

Cons

Company is so desperate to recruit they are recruiting from bottom of the barrel UP and bringing in some VERY DANGEROUS crew, who as far as they are concerned completed the training. Aircraft skipping maintenance all look old and tatty, Crew food benefit is a joke and seriously unhealthy, management dont care what you think and ignore any suggestion which costs money to implement instead doing what they think is best. CEO is over paid and has no idea which way to lead this airline, No responsibility for actions at the top, but push you to take responsibility for yours.

Pros

Staff travel is amazing (when it's available). Everyday is different. You will meet some great people with lots of different backgrounds. Pay is decent. Lots and lots of holiday! Book 3 leave days in a row and get 2 days off either side! Employee shares scheme as well as free bonus shares. Annual Christmas bonus (not guaranteed though).

Cons

LONG and tiring working blocks. Constant last minute roster changes, meaning you cannot plan around your working days. Very early starts and even later finishes. Hardly ever rostered weekends off. A lot of disruption and delays in the airline, especially during the summer months. Management can be very cliquey with some crew members, which is unprofessional and you find that you can't trust anyone.
