Salary reasonable and you get lots of days off

Poor management - many in cabin services have been there for years and keep their jobs by sweet-talking the right people, even though nobody knows what they actually contribute. CEO is completely useless. No experience or clue operating in a low cost, high volume environment and burys head under sand and uses other board members as scape-goats
