a very high end corporate, very competitive. in order to do it, eBay invest a lot in their work force. it very noticeable from work life balance to reimbursement of tuitions and so on. eBay do know how to pamper it's worker is well!

Cons

it is a very big and global organisation, but I think a lot is being done to mitigate the physical distance.
