Great colleagues, up to date technologies, hack week is fun and interesting.
Cons
Management from America has become more interfering and restrictive. Often not enough time allocated to improving projects until after things go wrong. This creates a lot of churn due to good developers feeling frustrated about working conditions. Overtime was not paid if you ended up called out and you were expected to be next to your phone 24/7 if you were on call.
