      Pros

      I joined eBay straight from university and have found it to be an amazing firm to learn and develop your trade and experience, with plenty of interesting projects and challenges to solve, and experience to gain on the way

      Cons

      Whilst the learning is great I feel like the company is quite top heavy and people who are comfortable where they are will stay there as long as it continues to serve them. This makes upward mobility quite tough outside of promotion cycles as no one is leaving and therefore the opportunities to step up and into more senior roles is stifled by the limited openings
