      Pros

      People take time off seriously and won't bother you when you're on vacation. People also respect time with family.

      Cons

      Dinosaur company trying to innovate but struggling because of old tech stack, mentalities of yesteryear, lack of resources in certain departments like marketing and conflicting strategies between orgs (i.e., everything is a priority and nothing gets done).

      WFH is nice Benefits are good I.e health insurance

      Absolute worst company ever no stability no consistency, policies are unjust. Customer's and sellers get scammed all the time. Its a scammers paradise. Very little you can do for people when they get scammed even with proof. Back office haven't a clue, TLs have zero communication with teammates. Customer's are unbearable constant screaming down the phone. Horrible place I'd never work there again I'd rather clean toilets for a living
