      Pros

      I am in an org that is relatively product led, with great product leadership (from twitter, meta,etc). I get to work on products that are really interesting. The people are super kind and work life balance is great.

      Cons

      Depending on the office location, sometimes people are not the smartest. I've encountered senior or staff level engineers who cannot solve problems that they'd be expected to at the level. Planning cycle is hell and really pointless. Company is really large so there are often duplicate projects or people working on overlapping things.
