The culture! The organization actually cares about their people and allows for flexibility. Additionally, they realize that work life balance is important.

Cons

Always being 'on'. Working from home or being a hybrid employee equates to always being available and that you can work from anywhere at anytime. With that said, generally people respect your personal time during off hours.
