Lots of passion internally right now

Pros

The company is filled with people who are dedicated to making a difference for both the buying and selling communities on the site. It was always a fun place to buy and sell, and a fun environment internally. Sure, people work hard (and hard work can sometimes equate to long hours). But that's generally by choice, and most people love the work they're doing, and don't mind spending the time to get it right. Overall, this is a great place to make a long-term career.

Cons

Food isn't free like it is at Google. Could use more conference rooms (but during the non-winter months, it's not so bad to have meetings outside).

Pros

Cool place. Flexible work. Huge company from technical standards, get to learn a lot of things.

Cons

Work load is much, so gets hectic sometimes. Too many processes around everything, but sometimes everything doesn't go well planned
