Pros

eBay is a good company with good culture. If you have a lot of your own ideals, you could make it happen in this company.

Cons

one of the bad thing is that work-live-balance is horrible, work load is pretty heavy. And even worse, some managers does not know who contributed most and treat them well.

Pros

Work with smart and motivated people (for the most part) Work on a product used by millions

Cons

Projects optimized to keep engineering resources fully utilized. Although important, this often lead to poor decision-making. Poor choice of projects, management can't seem to understand or keep up with the changing marketplace
