Well, obviously it's a good brand name, and so you get to work on a world famous platform to help people trade and sell.

Cons

The work flow process to get anything done is too complex. You have to request this and that to get anywhere.

Being able to be creative, and a lot of work keeps you busy and work goes by quickly. The people are terrific to work with.

Cons

The long hours can be stressful. There are a lot of high priority projects and it gets difficult to decipher between what is most important.
