Used to be a righteous cause but not so much anymore...it was great to help out all of the sellers who made their living off the site.

Cons

Current senior management team doesn't have a clue what they are doing.... they will have little choice but to break the company into pieces and sell to the highest bidder (oh, the irony of it all). What's the Board doing all this time????

Coworkers great to work with.

Cons

Constant customer complaints due to idiotic upper management changes to the core of the business. Most Ebay employees agree with the customers that our recent changes are running off great sellers and buyers alike.

Pros

eBay used to be an exciting place to work, with a large community feel. We were all growing together, as a large family would.

Cons

Turmoil abounds, no job security. There are no longer smiles on people's faces. Stress has taken over. The environment is secretive, untrusting, everyone is looking over his/her shoulder, waiting for the ax to fall. Now, with the frontline cut, management will have even less connection to its customers. Top management is the blind leading the blind.
