lack of real customer service..outsourced overseas to people who don't know what ebay is really all about..need more connected customer help

Benefits, Benefits, Benefits. Business Casual Culture, Telecomuting and WFH. Not a traditional 9 to 5 business or company. The sabbatical is great.

Cons

Fast paced but large company so you dont always get to see effect of the changes you implemented. A little disconnect from the various overlapping cross functional departments. Company is mature so not as dynamic as it once was before.
