      Not a fast growing company, but still a good place to work

      Pros

      If you are a full time employee, you are luck but still need to work hard to gain over-average performance review and feedback.

      Cons

      Too many arguments and if you are a relatively junior guy your voice will not be hardly accepted. Too many people talk like almost all the big companies.

      Pros

      Is one of the largest online business to gain experience from. Hires on H1B and one of the best legal teams assist with immigration work. Has decent medical benefits. Is very engaged with its user community and supports green initiatives

      Cons

      Managers are very incompetent - young and inexperienced who grew up the ladder too fast Career development is non-existent Lack of appreciation (through emails/ awards) and pathetic compensation Movement within eBay is also discouraged and if you manage to it is quite painful Compared to other bay area companies benefits are not great Work from home is almost discouraged
