      Not treated workers especially contract workers well

      Pros

      Pay is OK. The way it works generates quite a few short term contract positions, however it might not worth it.

      Cons

      Employee have all the benefits and take all the good opportunities. Contractors got to do all the dirty work. Work place is crowded and noisy.

      get to work on different projects, faced with challenging problems quite often, good company culture, on the job opportunity to learn.

      Cons

      Too many re org changes and too often, constantly changing priorities, duplication of work across teams, promotions are not frequent
