Pros

It's a pretty stable company and you do get to learn about ecommerce. It's a well known company in ecommerce so is a good stepping stones if you are interested in ecommerce.

Cons

It's a large company and decisions do not get made very quickly. Like most large companies there are politics and a lot of time is spent in meetings.

Pros

You work on projects that might impact a lot of people, and you know that your work is valuable.

Cons

The office politics is obvious. The benefits to the employee (health insurance) is not that good

Pros

This must be the best collection of talent in a single office. Most people loathe politics and are focused on getting things done.

Cons

Open plan office can be noisy and distracting at times, very hard to get a promotion, and higher up promotion often involves international moves because each office is pretty small
