Pros

environment is dynamic. People are generally nice. It is a typical IT company, so work hour is pretty flexible as you can see.

Cons

work is boring. Too many people working on the smallest projects and the area that you get to work on is really narrow. You won't be able to exposed to the bigger picture. Hence no career advancement whatsoever. Management team really not doing a good job growing people here.

Pros

eBay is a good company with good culture. If you have a lot of your own ideals, you could make it happen in this company.

Cons

one of the bad thing is that work-live-balance is horrible, work load is pretty heavy. And even worse, some managers does not know who contributed most and treat them well.
