      - ample opportunity to advance - great learning opportunities - emphasis on developing leadership skills in every employee - awesome pay

      outsourcing to cut the costs, even if the workers in O/S countries lack skills and experiences to do the job right

      Pros

      They offer good benefits. Along with that they make sure yo have acceptable vacation time which I great because I had to travel a lot.

      Cons

      The hours were not great. I felt pressured with time management all the time. I just felt stressed the majority of the time I was there.

      its a good place to work. meg whitman did a great job in bringing us from 30 people corporation to a huge corporation.

      Cons

      you tend to be just a number. not much direction from management on where to grow etc. look somewhere else if you want to grow
