Pros

Work life balance is great. Flexibility to work remote, if needed. Lack of micromanagement, at least in my group. Ability to participate in beta products/features.

Cons

It can be hard to move up. Those in the "in crowd" tend to be promoted more often than others. Cafeteria could be better.

Pros

Free soda and bagel day. eBay is a "cool" company to work for. eBay is trying to be green. Shopping on eBay at work is fun.

Cons

Management is very poor and the company is not making the turnaround that they set out for.
