      Pros

      People are very nice and it is a fun place to work. Lots of different things to do each day so the day does not get boring.

      Cons

      Leaders and managers care very little about the people who work there. We are all expendable in their eyes. They also care very little for their customers. Customers regularly wait up to an hour to speak with a CSR and are very angry when they finally get through.

      Good technology exposure. You get many opportunities to work on very recent technologies.

      Cons

      might be stressful occasionally. Less infrastructure facilities when compared to top 10 companies in Bangalore.
