Pros

Great benefits, challenging and rewarding environment

Cons

Senior leadership and directors go into management because they can't grow their salary without moving into a leader position. This results in people with less than ideal leadership ability in management positions and results in churn within teams. Regretful attrition is high from this.

- Poor leadership: eBay used to have great leaders, but they were all forced to resign and replaced by incompetent leaders who only play dirty politics - Poor WLB: you have to work across 3 time zones at least 5 days a week, sometimes even weekends - Layoffs - Office politics
